We provides secure & integrated medical dictation service for providers to dictate their medical findings of their patients through a mobile app or a dedicated dictation portal. Medical dictations (audio files) submitted by the provider through the app or web portal are stored on our secure server which in turn will be available for our Medical Transcription Professionals to convert the dictations into formatted text documents which will either be provided to the providers as text files or could be updated directly into the respective patient charts in EHR, if client requires so.

• An integrated document management system to streamline Medical Transcription (MT) process
• Map MT Professionals with Providers to auto-assign the audio files (dictations)
• Interface for each Medical Transcription professional including Medical transcriptionists, Quality Controller (QC), Proof Reader, and data posters
• Auto assignment to mapped Quality Controller post converting dictations to transcriptions
• Post performing QC, auto-assignment to the respective Proof Reader interface for picking up errors
• Finally, error-free formatted documents auto-assigned to mapped Data Poster to be entered directly into the Patient Charts
